Purchase – All of our sheds, portable buildings, carports, and steel structures can be purchased outright with cash, check, or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Payments are accepted in person or via phone at our sales centers near Summerville, Columbia & Greer S.C. We do not accept payments on our website as an internet purchase.


Finance

Finance – We have an excellent finance company that we work with to finance your shed, portable building, carport, or steel structure. We can take your information right here online and have your approval in less than 60 seconds.

This company does require a credit score of at least 640 and they measure a few other factors. Customers can be approved up to $15,000. The interest rate will range from 9.9% – 18% based on your personal credit factors.

Once approved you can choose your term. We offer 24 month, 36 month, or a 48 month option.

Rent to Own

Rent to Own – We offer a NO CREDIT CHECK rent to own option on all of our sheds, portable buildings, carports, or steel structures. If your credit isn’t great, that is not a problem. You are instantly approved through our RTO Program. We offer 24, 36, 48, & 60 month terms on all of our buildings.

With that in mind, we can easily find the right building to suit your needs and your budget. The best part is you can buy out your contract at any time during your rental contract with no penalties and no minimum amount of payments prior to buyout.

If you are not sure what that means, many rent to own contracts say that you can pay them off early, but in the fine print it says you must make 60% of your payments prior to exercising the early payoff option. Our contract allows for you to pay it off early at any time during the rental period! Paying your building off early is a great way to save you lots of money!
