Our Delivery & Deposit Policy

Cool Sheds Delivery Policy

• Distance — Free delivery within 50 miles of our Summerville showroom. Deliveries beyond 50 miles will incur an additional delivery charge.
• Obstacles — All obstacles must be cleared from the delivery path before we arrive. This includes fences, swing sets, pools, trees, bushes, and shrubs.
• Animal Waste — Our crew has to get down on the ground to block the building properly. The area where the shed will be set must be free of animal waste before we arrive. We will not set the shed in an area that has not been cleaned up.
• One-Hour Setup — Standard delivery includes one hour of setup time. If your property, driveway, tree limbs, or desired shed location requires significantly more time, we charge $100 per hour for any time beyond the first hour.
• Fence Fees — We prefer that you remove your fence before we arrive and replace it after installation. If you need us to take down and reinstall your fence, fees range from $100–$250 depending on the fence. We will do our best to restore it as found, but cannot be held responsible for any differences.
• Block Fees — Standard delivery includes enough block to level the building up to eight inches. Locations with a significant slope require additional block and labor, which will be charged accordingly.
• Ramps & Anchors — Ramps and high-wind anchors are available as add-ons. Pricing includes installation — no extra time charges. Underground utilities must be marked by 811 before we can install anchors.

Deposit Policy

Deposits to hold a building are honored for 7 days only. All transactions must be completed within 7 days or the transaction is voided with no refund on the deposit.

Special orders must be paid in full within 7 days of the unit arriving at our sales center. If not paid in full by that date, there will be no refund on the deposit.

Once a transaction is complete and the building is paid in full, we can hold the unit at our lot until you are ready for delivery.
