Free Delivery Within 50 Miles

Professional delivery, leveling, and concrete blocks are all included at no extra charge. Most competitors charge $200–$500 for third-party delivery plus $50–$100 for blocks — that’s $250–$600 in fees you avoid with Cool Sheds.

Free delivery covers the first 50 miles from our Summerville showroom. Past that, you’re charged only for the additional miles — a delivery 65 miles out is billed for 15 miles, not 65. We quote the exact amount before scheduling, so there’s nothing added on delivery day.

Anchoring

Anchoring secures your building against wind uplift. It’s available as an add-on and is separate from the free leveling and concrete blocks included with every delivery.

Some HOAs and counties require anchoring, particularly in coastal wind zones. We work with 500+ pre-approved HOA communities across the Lowcountry — call us and we’ll tell you whether yours requires it.

If you choose anchoring, call 811 before installation. South Carolina 811 marks underground utilities free of charge. Place the call several business days ahead of your scheduled install so the markings are complete before our crew arrives.
