But some projects need something more: a larger footprint, a permanent foundation, a steel-framed structure engineered for a specific load and occupancy, or a building that will be assembled on-site rather than delivered as a finished unit.
We offer steel-framed and site-built structures through our established supplier network. These are not custom-manufactured to order from scratch — they are engineered building systems with documented specifications, available in a range of standard configurations that can be adapted to your project requirements. Lead times and pricing differ from our standard portable line, so contact us early if this type of structure is what your project needs.
All steel-framed systems we offer come with engineering documentation as standard — including compliance for South Carolina’s coastal wind requirements and Seismic Design Category D2 where applicable. This is documentation that most dealers in this space cannot provide, and it matters when your project has to pass a county inspection or satisfy an institutional approval process.
