Need to match your home’s roof? We build HOA approved sheds with shingle or metal roofing in any color. Metal roofs are typically less expensive — and if your HOA only allows shingles, we’ll match them to your home exactly.

Siding Options

Both siding options below carry a 50-year warranty and can be custom-painted in any Sherwin-Williams color — so your HOA approved shed can match your home down to the trim.

LP SmartSide Panel Siding

Engineered wood fiberboard with larger, more refined trim work. Paintable to match your home exactly. Note: because of its vertical groove pattern, some HOAs don’t allow this style — check your guidelines before ordering.

LP SmartSide Lap Siding

Our most popular HOA option. Horizontal profile satisfies nearly every HOA siding requirement, and the built-in moisture barrier is a practical bonus in South Carolina’s climate. This is the closest you can get to your home’s exterior — on a shed.

Additional Features

Our 3″ classic eave overhang is an inexpensive upgrade that makes your shed look less like a shed and more like a cottage. Not required by most HOAs, but increasingly requested — and once you see it, you’ll understand why.
