Every Americana shed begins with a wood-framed, Eco-treated plywood engineered flooring system for long-lasting strength. From there, you can choose:

• 29-gauge Dutch lap steel siding, built for long-term durability and resistance to the elements
• Roofing options: colored steel or shingles
• Electrical wiring and lighting packages

This makes the Americana Series the ideal choice for homeowners who want both reliability and curb appeal.

Steel Framing – Upgrade Option

For those who want maximum durability, we also offer galvanized steel framing on nearly any of our shed designs.

• 100% termite-proof
• Superior to traditional square tubing, offering better strength, alignment, and long-term stability

Our standard wood frames are already engineered to withstand Category 5 hurricane-force winds, so upgrading isn’t necessary—it’s simply another premium option we’re proud to provide.

Warranty

Cool Sheds offers several warranties on their metal sheds, varying by component:

• Overall Workmanship: A 12-month warranty on all materials and workmanship.
• Aluminum Parts/Siding: A 30-year warranty against perforation due to rust or corrosion.
• Galvalume Steel Roofing: A 20-year warranty against rupture, structural failure, or perforation due to normal atmospheric corrosion.
• R*LAP Steel Siding: A 25-year rust-through warranty and a 10-year warranty against paint cracking, chipping, or peeling.

R*LAP is Stronger and Requires Less Maintenance

• Heavy Duty “Residential Grade” Steel is the same thickness as residential roof steel.
• Walls are more impact resistant and hold up to strong winds and wind-borne debris.
• Larger panel size means panels are wider, stronger and walls have fewer seams.
• Looks great: finer details ad steel profile matches residential siding.

Color and Rust Warranty

• R*Lap is coated twice: once with Zincalume coating for rust protection and then with a quality paint for long-lasting colors. R*LAP siding comes with a 25-year rust thru warranty and a 10-year warranty against paint cracking, chipping or peeling.
• R*LAP offers a longer life and less maintenance than wood!

The warranty is applicable to buildings that are blocked and leveled according to manufacturer recommendations. It is also important to note that after the first 12 months, some warranties may be prorated or only cover the cost of new replacement parts, not the labor or freight for their installation.
