Fully engineered to meet stringent coastal permit requirements, each building comes with stamped drawings, certifying a robust 160 mph wind load capacity, equivalent to withstanding a Category 5 hurricane.

The standard wall height on the sides is 7’. We can upgrade to a 7’ 6” wall height (add 5%). The standard comes with four windows included. You can upgrade to a residential door or a roll-up door. You can also opt for a 3” eave around the entire roof, which really adds to the look of the building (add $6.75 per linear foot). We also encourage you to upgrade to the LP Smartside (add $12.50 per square foot). We can easily custom paint the Smartsiding to any Sherwin Williams color, making your options endless (add $0.90 per square foot). Hurricane straps are $150 per four anchors, installed.
