Pricing is based on the total project — not just mileage. Distance, site conditions, ground slope, access constraints, and shed size all affect the final number. Two moves that look the same on paper can cost significantly different amounts once we evaluate the actual sites. This is why we require photos and measurements before we can provide any number.

Things like a narrow gate, soft ground, overhanging branches, or deteriorated runners can change the scope of a move significantly. Phone quotes lead to surprises for both the customer and our crew. Photos let us review actual conditions and give you a number we can stand behind. Submissions without photos will not be reviewed.

Please include photos of: the shed from all four sides, the runners/skids underneath the shed, the access path from the road to the shed, the proposed drop-off location, any gates or fences, and any overhead obstacles like power lines or tree branches. The more we can see upfront, the more accurate your quote will be.

Shed moving is a supplementary service we offer when our primary delivery schedule allows. We cannot guarantee specific dates at the time of quoting. If you have a deadline — a closing date, lease end, or HOA requirement — include it in the form and we’ll let you know whether we can accommodate it.

Make sure the shed is completely empty before we arrive — our crew will not move a shed with contents inside. We handle loading, transport, and placement. Any add-on services (blocking, leveling, anchors, ramp) are completed at the same time so you’re not scheduling a separate visit.

Hurricane anchors (also called tie-downs or ground anchors) are required by many HOAs and local codes in South Carolina. Adding them during the move avoids a separate service call. Include this request in your quote form and we’ll factor it into the price.

We can install a pressure-treated wood ramp at the drop-off location. Ramp pricing varies by size and configuration. Include the request in your form submission so we can factor it into the quote.
