    Cool Sheds only moves empty buildings. Cool Sheds reserves the right to refuse moving and transportation of any building and void any agreed upon transaction. Cool Sheds cannot be held liable for any damage to the building or property including, but not limited to, driveways, walkways, yards, bushes, flower beds, or trees. Customer is responsible for all permits, setbacks and building codes required by the county, city or homeowner’s association. Anchoring buildings and installing ramps are not included, both carry additional fees. Bracing or reinforcing of older buildings will incur additional charges.
