Rent-to-Own: For those customers with a credit score below 650 we offer our No Credit Check, Rent-to-Own program. These terms range from 24 months to 60 months, and these deals require two payments down. Currently we are offering a special - just one payment down - on the 36 month Rent-to-Own plan.
Six Months Same-As-Cash Offer
Six months Sames-As-Cash with no credit check. We will use our 36 month Rent-to-Own agreement with two payments down and a 4% processing fee.
You will need to put the required two payments down, and make one payment each month for months two through six. On the seventh month, you can pay the remaining balance owed on the building with no additional interest charges! You will be paying the cash purchase price of the building plus the 4% processing fee.
