To install your Cool Sheds product, these and other guidelines must be met.
Width: One foot of clearance (12”) wider than the shed itself is needed to bring the shed into a property. (I.E a 10’ wide shed requires 11’ of clearance) The path to the location where you want the shed placed must have this clearance as well. This includes but is not limited to gates and fence openings, space between houses or structures, stairs and ramps, pools, yard features, trees, ac units, vehicles or any other obstructions. We can not lift buildings over obstructions.
Height: 10-12 feet of clearance from the ground to any overhanging obstructions such as tree limbs, house eaves and overhangs, powerlines, carports or any other overhead obstruction.
Length: In most cases we will utilize the mule tractor and shed wheel assemblies to install your product. Workspace is needed on either end of the building to properly move and set the shed. Width requirements must be met for the entire pathway the shed is travelling.
Surfaces: We can install on up to a 1’ slope from one side of the unit to the other. If the yard slopes more than this extra blocking will be required. If the entrance to the property or area the shed must travel is on a steep incline, please discuss with your representative.

This 10×20 A-Frame workshop shows just how far we can take one of our buildings beyond basic storage. With factory-installed insulation and plywood interior walls, this design gives you an excellent starting point for a workshop, home office, hobby room, studio or other finished backyard space.
The exterior features an attractive charcoal and white color combination, along with a large roll-up garage door for easy equipment access and windows for natural light. Inside, the building includes full electrical, making it much easier to put the space to work once it arrives.
The factory can install the insulation and plywood wall finish as part of the build. The white interior shown in the photos was painted after delivery—the plywood normally arrives unfinished—so you can leave the natural wood appearance or paint it whatever color works for your space.
This particular building was previously displayed in our inventory and has been sold, but we liked the design enough to make it one of our Quick Build options.
Quick Build – This is a proven design ready to be moved to the front of production for a fast build. Because your building has not been built yet, there is still an opportunity to customize colors and certain features before production. We can get it built quickly and headed to Summerville.
