Our metal sided sheds are a Dutch Lap Style - 29 Gauge, R Lap, Steel siding. This type of metal siding is incredibly strong, making it very durable for many years. We offer this siding in an array of color options and even more trim color options.
You may also see sidings listed as Aluminium, especially in our used sheds. We used aluminum siding for many years, and had many great color options in this siding as well. We can still special order the aluminum siding, but that costs extra and it takes more time to get the material.

Financing: For well qualified buyers we offer No Money Down Financing. We also offer 10% down financing based on your credit score. Interest rates range between 9.9% and 21.9% and the terms can be 24 months to 48 months.
Rent-to-Own: For those customers with a credit score below 650 we offer our No Credit Check, Rent-to-Own program. These terms range from 24 months to 60 months, and these deals require two payments down. Currently we are offering a special - just one payment down - on the 36 month Rent-to-Own plan.
Six Months Same-As-Cash Offer
Six months Sames-As-Cash with no credit check. We will use our 36 month Rent-to-Own agreement with two payments down and a 4% processing fee.
You will need to put the required two payments down, and make one payment each month for months two through six. On the seventh month, you can pay the remaining balance owed on the building with no additional interest charges! You will be paying the cash purchase price of the building plus the 4% processing fee.
