To install your Cool Sheds product, these and other guidelines must be met.
Width: One foot of clearance (12”) wider than the shed itself is needed to bring the shed into a property. (I.E a 10’ wide shed requires 11’ of clearance) The path to the location where you want the shed placed must have this clearance as well. This includes but is not limited to gates and fence openings, space between houses or structures, stairs and ramps, pools, yard features, trees, ac units, vehicles or any other obstructions. We can not lift buildings over obstructions.
Height: 10-12 feet of clearance from the ground to any overhanging obstructions such as tree limbs, house eaves and overhangs, powerlines, carports or any other overhead obstruction.
Length: In most cases we will utilize the mule tractor and shed wheel assemblies to install your product. Workspace is needed on either end of the building to properly move and set the shed. Width requirements must be met for the entire pathway the shed is travelling.
Surfaces: We can install on up to a 1’ slope from one side of the unit to the other. If the yard slopes more than this extra blocking will be required. If the entrance to the property or area the shed must travel is on a steep incline, please discuss with your representative.

It’s a practical size for customers who need considerably more than a basic storage shed but don’t necessarily need one of our longer garage buildings.
An 8-foot-wide roll-up garage door provides easy access for lawn equipment, motorcycles, ATVs, tools and other larger items. A separate 4-foot-wide factory entry door, positioned toward the back corner, gives you convenient everyday access without having to open the garage door.
The building also features three windows, providing plenty of natural light and making the interior more inviting for use as a workshop or hobby space. Traditional wood framing keeps the construction straightforward and provides plenty of flexibility for future interior customization.
With its combination of a full-size roll-up door, separate entry door, three windows and 240 square feet of space, this is a versatile design for a garage, workshop, equipment storage or serious backyard workspace.

Because it has not been built yet, there is still an opportunity to make certain changes, including color and some door or feature selections.
