Specialty Sheds and more
Along with our great storage buildings, we offer a number of other Cool products. We have the very popular screen room and combo screen room. We have our very important pump house, and our very popular Greenhouse. These are all unique products that have very different purposes. The one thing in common is that all of these are more exposed the weather elements than our storage shed designs. For that reason, we constructed all of these with galvanized steel framing. You will never have to worry about termites, wood rot, or the steel frame rusting. These designs are built for you to enjoy a very long time. The Screen Room
This unit is a 12’ x 16’. It has a standard wall height of 6.5’. These units can be built larger or smaller, and we can raise the wall height to 7’ or 7.5’. The taller design would allow for a nice ceiling fan to be added to the unit, helping to keep you cool. The framing is, of course, all galvanized steel. The flooring is all pressure treated deck board and is secured with deck screws. No shortcuts, by using nails instead of screws! We also offer 17 different colors of siding for your new screen room. The Combo Screen Room
This unit is a 12’ x 24’. It is half screen room and half storage. These can be built in an array of different sizes and configurations. It does not have to be half and half like this one. We can make the screen room portion larger or smaller than the storage side. We can also add doors and windows on the storage side so that the storage space can be more versatile. A roll-up door on the back wall could allow for larger things to go into the storage. Another customer made an outdoor kitchen on the storage side and then picnic tables on the screen side. The Pump House
This little 8’ x 6’ unit is a really smart design. All galvanized steel frame and completely insulated. It is also wired for electrical. The door can be 45” wide or 60” wide like the one shown here. The wood frame on the bottom is only there for shipping reasons. It is designed to be removed from the building. The building then sits right on the ground to cover and insulate well pumps. This unit is a great solution to a common need, and available in 17 different colors. Let us know what we can build for you!
The Greenhouse
This unit is an 8 x 12. We can build these greenhouses just about any size you like. You can see that entire unit is constructed with galvanized steel framing. We can also customize the amount of shelving inside the greenhouse. Notice that we have building wired with an electrical package that can also include the thermostat, controlled exhaust fan in the rear of the building. Also, notice the polymer material we use for the walls and roof. This is a very strong and durable material that can withstand high winds and hail.
