Flooring System — 20-Year Warranty

All flooring systems start with pressure-treated 4″×6″ runners, dado notched, with pressure-treated 2″×6″ floor joists set 16″ on center. The joists are notched and assembled into a rigid, interlocking frame. On top goes 3/4″ pressure-treated tongue-and-groove plywood — a premium decking fully treated against mold, fungus, and termites.

Additionally, the manufacturer warranties the entire flooring system for 20 years — not just the decking.

Steel Roofs & Steel Siding

Additionally, aluminum parts and siding on Robin Builders structures are covered by Warranties for 30 years.

The coverage protects against perforation due to rust or corrosion.

R-LAP 29-Gauge Steel Siding — 25-year rust-through warranty, plus a 10-year warranty against paint cracking, chipping, or peeling.

Galvalume 29-Gauge Steel Roofing — warranted for 20 years against rupture, structural failure, or perforation from normal atmospheric corrosion.

LP SmartSide — 50-Year Warranty

LP SmartSide is a wood fiberboard product with a 50-year warranty. The first 5 years are 100% complete replacement coverage. Years 6–50 are prorated based on time since installation.

Shingled Roofs — 25-Year Warranty

All shingles we use carry 25-year manufacturer warranties.

Manufacturer Construction Warranty — 12 Months

All buildings carry a 12-month complete warranty on construction workmanship, covering the entire structure.
